SGA completed the renovation of this 31,625 square foot class A facility located in downtown Seattle. The project was completed through two phases and covered four floors of extensive tenant improvement. SGA once again partnered with NBBJ architects to complete this exquisite renovation.
The scope of work included a complete demolition of the entire interior space, including both interior walls and ceilings. The build out began with a full upgrade of both the electrical and mechanical systems. New server rooms and all related wiring was also installed.
