Eastlake - private foundation
This project began with a complete demolition of the interior office space of this downtown class A facility. SGA then began the process of a full build out of this 77,191 square foot project.
The renovation covered five stories and spanned over 2 phases. Both the mechanical and electrical systems received a complete upgrade. This project also included an elevator cab and system upgrade along with the addition of a new lunch room and full service catering kitchen.
