Carter Saab
SGA completed the construction of the striking new Carter Saab dealership in Ballard, WA for Carter Motors, Inc. The two-story main facility houses a new light-filled showroom, service reception area, customer lounge and administrative offices. Outside, a dramatic curved entry canopy and a unique radius-glass corner storefront welcomes customers.
Making full use of the very tight site, SGA installed the captivating glass-fronted, four-story vertical car stacker. Despite its small footprint, this unique structure – believed to be the only one of its kind in the United States – can house as many as 44 cars. SGA received the ABC’s “Excellence in Construction” award for its work.
