SGA Corporation is a general contracting firm located in Shoreline, Washington, specializing in the private sector of the commercial and institutional construction marketplace. Founded in 1990, the company performs new construction, additions and tenant build-out/renovation projects.

Representative projects include two 135,000 sq.ft. Home Depot Retail Stores; the 230,000 sq.ft. East Valley Distribution Center; the 250,000 sq.ft. Woodinville Corporate Center; the 330,000 sq.ft. Cascade Commerce Park in Kent; and the 433,000 sq.ft. Gateway Corporate Center in Tukwila.


Our team approach to servicing clients has proven very successful for the SGA team, and the proof of this is our extensive list of satisfied clients, many of whom return to the company each time to expand or move. SGA specializes in tilt-up concrete office warehouse facilities for developers. Many of our "build-to-suit" facilities include assisting business owners with site selection, zoning compliance, building permits, shoreline permits, conditional use permits, hazardous material and environmental regulations, site design and tenant improvements.



SGA uses a team approach, working on projects from inception with brokers, architects, engineers, and developers to achieve the needs of the client.

SGA provides budgets, construction cost information, value engineering, and design cost alternatives to team members from the beginning of the project. If team members so desire, we can also provide legal, project development expertise and sources of financing.
