ROBERT V. WAAGE

Mr. Waage is an Owner of SGA Corporation and has been employed with the company for the past nineteen years. Mr. Waage has been a journeyman carpenter since 1970 and with SGA from 1984 to present. Mr. Waage was promoted to foreman within the company on tilt-up concrete warehouses in 1985. He also assumed the responsibility of Superintendent on tenant improvements. For the past eight years Mr. Waage has been a Senior Superintendent on tilt-up concrete warehouses, business parks, distribution centers, office buildings, retail space and major tenant improvements.

EXPERIENCE:
1970 – 1977
Framing and siding apartments, condominiums, custom, and spec homes.

1977 – 1984
Journeyman carpenter working on a variety of commercial buildings including schools, new grocery stores, remodel of grocery stores, and some high rise experience.

1984 – 1985
Journeyman carpenter with SGA CORPORATION.

1985 – 1991
Foreman on tilt-ups, superintendent for tenant improvement work including Green River Sportswear, 3 building complex on East Valley Highway across Boeing Surplus Center, building for Panasonic on East Valley Highway, Cascade Commerce Center, Gateway Building 9, and Gateway North buildings 2 & 4.
