EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mr. Abbott is a founder and President of SGA Corporation. He has been involved in private commercial construction and real estate development for more than 25 years. His current duties involve negotiation and contract administration, assistance with site development for clients, pre-construction services, government permit processing, management of local, state, and federal regulatory agency matters, instituting and maintaining strong relationships with surety, insurance and banking institutions, and operation and management of the construction business. SGA Corporation concentrates on negotiated contract work and provides preconstruction consulting services to its clients.
Mr. Abbott is part of the SGA team providing services for its clients for design-build projects. He has been involved in and directed several build-to-suit projects for client-owners over the past few years including: Park 118, City Moving and Storage, AirVan North American, Westwood Precision, Cyrk-Tonkin, EB Bradley Company, Tradeshow Services, Inc., Snyder Roofing, Triple T Footwear, Airgas-Norpac, Electrical Distribution, Inc., Jas Trading, Gale Industries, American Medical Response, Aramark, Curtis Business Center, 80th Street Business Center, Curtis II Building, Bowne Northwest, Action Autoparts, Audio Acoustics, Synrad.
