JIM RODGERS
Mr. Rodgers has 30 years of construction experience with a wide variety of construction methods and an equally broad spectrum of Owners and tenants. During the later '70's, '80's and early '90's, Jim worked mainly in the Spokane area. While there his range of work took him to Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and throughout Washington. He was project engineer during the final completion of Hanford #2 Nuclear Plant and other nuclear handling facilities in the Tri-Cities area. Jim would often handle up to six construction projects at a time, all with critical time-lines and extreme liquidated damages. He has constructed stick-frame buildings, tilt-up, pre-cast concrete, masonry, steel frame and timber-frame structures. In the late '90's, Jim estimated and managed the construction of high-end custom homes in the Bellevue and Medina areas. The average homes were 7,000 sf and cost in excess of $2,000,000 each.
