GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
JAMES R. SYLVESTER

Mr. Sylvester started his construction career in 1976. Mr. Sylvester has been a Superintendent with the company working primarily on tiltup concrete projects, business parks, distribution facilities, and high end tenant improvements. His work on the 1551 Eastlake Avenue East building garnered SGA the Associated Builders & Contractor "Excellence in Construction" award for tenant improvement in 1999. In addition to superb finish carpentry skills, Mr. Sylvester has shown excellent leadership and management skills which has led SGA clients to request Jim as their project Superintendent over and over. In fact Lowe Enterprises and Teutsch Partners request Jim for all of their projects. As a result of his significant contributions, Mr. Sylvester became a shareholder of SGA in 1996 and today is a principal owner of the company.
