Primary duties consist of providing administrative support to the Project, Project Manager, and Superintendent, including bid process, schedule, attending job site meetings and recording meeting minutes, interaction with Subcontractors, preparation of subcontracts, specifications, billings, preparation of O & M manuals, and correspondence.
