Discount Tire
Discount Tire opened its beautiful new facility in Shoreline, WA. SGA completed the 5,500 square foot structure, which consists of a light-filled showroom, office space, restrooms, break room, a six-bay garage and a high-bay, high-pile tire storage space for new and recycled tires. To differentiate the store from typical tire retailers and service facilities, Discount Tire complimented the CMU block façade with stucco accents, unique metalwork, and expansive storefront glass.
