Gateway Plaza
Gateway Plaza is a 65,300 square foot Bartell Drugs anchored shopping center located in the heart of Shoreline, WA, which SGA completed for a long-term, repeat client. The project was comprised of two buildings – a stand-alone 15,300 square foot Bartell Drugs store with drive-through pharmacy and a 40,000 square foot retail building. The construction included extending the Interurban Trail along the north and west sides of the property, as well as the installation of a substantial street side monument sign and electronic reader board.
The retail building provides space for up to sixteen tenants and features a wide promenade under a large, heavy-timber trellis. With anchor tenants like Bartell Drugs, Starbucks, Gold’s Gym and John L. Scott, Gateway Plaza has become a new neighborhood destination for the residents in and around the City of Shoreline.
