SGA worked closely with the Owner and design team to craft this exquisite four-home condominium building just a few blocks from the vibrant Broadway commercial district on Capital Hill. This exciting project showcases SGA’s commitment to excellence with its elegant stone façades, understated Italian influences, and attention to fine interior and exterior details. The terraces, view decks and entry to the secured parking area are complemented by heavy-timber trelliswork and contemporary plantings.
Each of the residences feature individual styling with a common urban-living theme and feature top of the line appliances, lighting and fixtures, as well as extensive use of Venetian plaster, natural stone and exotic woods throughout. The penthouse features a wall of glass that opens to a full-width terrace overlooking the neighborhood, the Seattle skyline, the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. This 7,500 square foot project was completed for Ironwood Investments LLC, with architecture by Studio Meng Strazzara and interior design by Deborah Hart.
