SGA Corporation is a medium sized general contractor founded in 1990.

Our Large Projects Division (Shell and Core) includes construction of warehouse facilities, industrial parks, distribution facilities, office buildings, business parks, retail centers, grocery stores and shopping centers.

Through our tenant improvement division we also do renovations of existing facilities and substantial tenant improvements for our customers, including such projects as office build-outs, interiors of grocery stores, industrial facilities and retail improvements.

We are proud to provide a high quality construction project which is responsive to the needs of our client while staying within the constraints imposed by economics, schedule,

and regulatory agencies. We provide our clients the best service available, including time line schedules, and complete and accurate project reports in summary or detail format.

SGA has strong working relationships with local brokers in the event assistance in site selections is required. SGA is also capable of providing site design and development expertise if our clients so require. Our staff has the expertise to provide a complete project for our clients.
