Jim is one of the original founders of SGA. He has been involved in private commercial construction and real estate development for more than 30 years. Jim’s role at SGA is to focus on business development. In this, he works with key contacts in target markets to generate awareness and interest in the company. With his diverse background in both construction and real estate, he is an invaluable asset to the company.
Scott Thompson: Coo / vice president
Scott has worked in the construction industry for more than 38 years. He has experience in multi-firm joint ventures. In addition to his construction knowledge, Scott has over 25 years in development and management of private and corporate owned properties. His current duties involve managing business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that our operations meet SGA’s high standards of quality and cost effectiveness.
