SGA Quality Assurance Program
The Quality Assurance Program at SGA was established to increase our corporate awareness of quality in the workplace, and to develop a system for maintaining and monitoring this heightened level of awareness.
SGA's program is so named to capture the exponential effect of a comprehensive, multi-tiered approach to quality. The ultimate goal of SGA is to provide a product which far exceeds the industry standards and to achieve total customer satisfaction.

- Developing subcontractor awareness of our shared quality goal.
- Gaining endorsement of the quality goal from our craftsmen.
- Monitoring the quality control process.
