SGA Quality Assurance Program

The Quality Assurance Program at SGA was established to increase our corporate awareness of quality in the workplace, and to develop a system for maintaining and monitoring this heightened level of awareness.

SGA's program is so named to capture the exponential effect of a comprehensive, multi-tiered approach to quality. The ultimate goal of SGA is to provide a product which far exceeds the industry standards and to achieve total customer satisfaction.

The Components: Adopting the quality statement as a corporate priority. Developing subcontractor awareness of our shared quality goal. Gaining endorsement of the quality goal from our craftsmen. Monitoring the quality control process. Redefining the punchlist.

In the future, our goal is to continue serving our valuable repeat clients and to ensure that any clients coming to us for the first time will have the full benefit of the knowledge and experience that our team has to offer. The principles upon which we operate our business are firmly established.
