Maplewood Building
The Maplewood office building is a 35,000 square foot, two-story concrete tilt-up office building with true Class “A” finishes inside and out. SGA completed the structure and core improvements for a long-term repeat client, and a 17,000 square foot, full-floor tenant improvement on the second floor. As part of the core improvements, SGA completed the two-story entry lobby, elevator, stairwells, corridors and restrooms.
