Nelson Ridge Estates Condominiums
With an anticipated completion of August 2009, this project features 20 premium residential flats in two buildings that are within easy walking distance of Downtown Redmond and just minutes away from Seattle’s high-tech corridor, Redmond Town Center and the 520 freeway. Inspired by its peaceful wooded setting and easterly views of the Cascade Mountains, Riebe & Associates designed each three-story building to resemble a grand Northwest mansion with highly-detailed facades, high-pitched rooflines and generous overhangs. The exterior design is complimented by a combination of natural stone, shake and lap siding.
Each home features a private garage, open floor plans, gas fireplaces and fiber-optic broadband wiring. The residents will be treated to upscale features and amenities, including kitchens that offer natural stone, and stainless steel appliances. The tight 1.0-acre site presented many construction challenges, including the installation of a 100,000 cubic-foot storm detention vault and the preservation of several towering evergreens.
