Watermark Credit Union
SGA has been invited to be involved with five Watermark Credit Union projects to-date, ranging from transformations of existing banking facilities to the construction of all-new bank branches.
The 5,500 square foot Watermark Credit Union branch in Burien, WA was one of the most recent completed by SGA. This eye-catching building combines clean, contemporary lines with a mix of natural materials inside and at the exterior, including natural stone and tongue-and-groove, vertical-grain Fir siding and soffits.
The interior features exquisite finishes and furnishings. The teller line and lobby areas are located under a dramatic, high-pitched shed roof and are flooded with natural light through full-height glass curtain walls on three sides.
